Return & Refund Policy

At MeowBoard, we want you to feel confident when purchasing products for your cat. We provide free eligible returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Return requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product should:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused, clean, and in resalable condition
  • Include its original packaging, accessories, parts, and instructions
  • Not show signs of excessive wear, pet damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Include proof of purchase or a valid MeowBoard order number

If your order arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. These cases will be reviewed separately and may not require the item to be in unused condition.

3. Free Returns

MeowBoard provides free return shipping for approved and eligible returns.

You must contact our customer support team before returning a product. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send products to our business address without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may experience significant processing delays.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photographs if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect

Our team will review your request and normally respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • The damage or defect
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate resolution, including:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • A partial refund
  • A replacement part
  • Another reasonable solution agreed upon with you

Please do not discard the product or packaging until your case has been resolved.

6. Return Packaging

Customers are responsible for packaging returned products securely.

Where possible, use the original shipping box and protective materials. MeowBoard is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

7. Refund Processing

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. The exact timing depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not deducted because MeowBoard provides free standard worldwide shipping.

8. Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@meowboard.shop. We will attempt to cancel the order before shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.

If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

9. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct product exchanges.

When an exchange is requested, we may ask you to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product. This helps prevent inventory and processing errors.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for a standard return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper assembly
  • Products with missing parts caused after delivery
  • Products that have been heavily used or damaged by a pet
  • Items returned without authorization

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Orders refused without authorization or left unclaimed may be returned to the sender. Refunds will be reviewed after the returned parcel is received.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect a parcel may be deducted where permitted by law.
